Most items ship within 48-72 busines hours. All shipping rates are shown in regular ground shipping costs. Faster service may be requested but an extra charge will incur. Shipping rates may vary depending on the product. Deliveries should arrive within 2-5 weeks, depending on the product. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
In the event that a package is returned to us and marked unclaimed or invalid address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Requests for returns are extremely rare, but the following policies apply to any request. In most cases, returns on unused and unopened items are accepted. Customer remains responsible for shipping charges both ways and a restocking fee of 20%.
Once a product has been used or in the customer's possession for 10 days, it is subject to the manufacturer warranty, if available, and is not returnable to us. If a warranty issue arises, we will help contact the manufacturer, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways for replacements.
In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable or backordered, or we have made a mistake in the listing, we will issue an immediate refund and an apology.
If your order arrives to you damaged, what should you do?
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent damages incurred while the package is in transit. Please contact us to let us know of the damage. Email us and send pictures so we can begin filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Once we receive pictures and file the claim, we can begin the replacement process. For some reason we do not have a replacement, we can issue a refund. We apologize in advance if your order is affected by any damages. Please work with us while we file a claim for you.
